MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Identifying and evaluating potential workplace hazards and risks.
- Providing comprehensive training to employees on EHS procedures and safety protocols.
- Conducting routine audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance.
- Investigating accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Working with management, employees, and regulatory agencies to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintaining accurate records of EHS activities, audits, inspections, and training.
- Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in EHS regulations and standards and implementing best practices.
- Participate in Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) activities and provide data that are related.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)
- Green Book holder.
- 2-3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with industry-specific EHS requirements and best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering EHS training programs, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are needed.
