Control Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematic diagram for automation machine.
• Create electrical panel layout, cable routing layout, etc.
• Generate bill of materials or select electrical components that need to purchase for the machine.
• Communicate with team on machines specification and component selection.
• Coordinate with assembly team to provide guidance in electrical/ wiring whenever necessary.
• Write machine manuals, setup procedures and machine checklist.

Production Technician / Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible of checking parts arrival and status using EBS.
• Responsible of drawing out necessary parts needed for project from store and production cabinet (pneumatics fittings, screws etc.)
• In charge and responsible of machine assembly, panels assembly, wiring, pneumatics routing and trunking management.
• Responsible of tool testing and alignment for machine optimum operation.

Project Engineer & Senior Engineer

Job Objective:

• Responsible for project coordination activities and execute establish plan.
• Enhance product manufacture process and provide support to operation. Ensure on time delivery and good quality product to customer.
• Manage and maintain product technical information. Ensure information are up to date and proliferate into relevant department involve.
• Provide technical consultancies and support to all relevant parties for potential business and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring assigned project activities or task according to project schedule/ planning.
• Review new product technical information. Any discrepancy or doubt regarding technical information shall perform communication with customer and communicate with related parties to obtain their approval.
• Ensure manufacturing flow is carrying out according to project schedule to prevent unforeseen circumstances.
• Establish product inspection check list, visual and inspection criteria for new product if documents are not applicable by customer.
• Perform data analysis and failure analysis report for customer complaint regarding technical or workmanship issues.
• Follow Pentamaster ISO procedures and requirements. Feedback to superior if procedures are not able to follow or meet work requirements.
• Ensure 5S’s at work areas at all the times able for customer’s spot check / Audit at any time.

Quality Assurance Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Ensure that processes and products are verified for conformance to customer requirements and Acceptance Test Plan from IPQC, final check until packing.
• Follow up safety test on machine to ensure compliance to IEC or ISO safety standard.
• Liaise with Project Management team, designer, production and sub-contractors for quality improvements.
• Executing reliability testing activities, for example Burn In test, MTBA, Fault Injection test, Safety test like Temperature Test, Drop Test, Humidity test, Thermal shock and Life test where applicable. 
• Provide support for existing / new Product Realization in term of Production Line & Product Verification & Buyoff and specification/design review, if applicable.
• Work towards achieving the targets as outlined in the current fiscal year business strategy. 
• Validating the implementation of corrective and preventive measures related to customer complaint and follow up 8D report with verify effectiveness. 
• Compiling product inspection data, LAR and GRR data where applicable. 
• Maintaining quality record and statistical performance for individual customer account. 
• Monthly scheduled discussion and presentation, if applicable.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

SoC Test Digital Instrumentation (Staff Eng/Principle Eng/Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of digital instruments (e.g., scan engines, vector cards, high-speed I/O cards) for SoC, memory, MCU, CPU, GPU, and FPGA test applications.
• Design and validate digital interface boards for PXI-based systems or custom ATE/STS racks, including timing, control logic, and signal integrity.
• Design instrumentation capable of supporting high-speed interface protocols, such as PCIe, MIPI, Ethernet, USB, Thunderbolt, etc.
• Collaborate with system and FPGA teams to ensure timing alignment, protocol compliance, and signal integrity.
• Implement and support digital testing protocols including JTAG, Boundary Scan, MBIST, LBIST, and functional scan.
• Translate vector-level test requirements into hardware and firmware solutions (e.g., Vector Depth, I/O Format, Rep-rate, Scan Vector, Edge timing).
• Benchmark and reverse-engineer commercial ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, NI STS, Chroma) to enhance internal test platform features.

Required Qualifications:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
