Responsibilities:

Process Technician – Moulding

About the role
The injection mould process technician is responsible for all aspects of the injection mould processes including, changing out moulds, completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mould equipment

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for setup, startup, maintain and repair of injection moulding facilities, such as injection moulding machine, auxiliary equipment, and other moulding related equipment.
• Work with production personnel to ensure moulded parts meet requirements, make adjustment as necessary.
• Perform mould daily/weekly cleaning at machine.
• To ensure production schedules are followed and discuss with production supervisor for changes in schedules.
• Perform immediate corrections (quick fix) to contain the affected products and to eliminate the detected non-conformance. Record the corrections taken into process card.
• Record machine critical parameter each shift.
• Assist process engineer to perform machine and mould validation (IQ, OQ and PQ)
• Initiate TR with adequate details and sends required samples to Quality Control Technician for inspections and releasing of molds according to the required test specification and standard operating procedure.

Sourcing Executive

JOB OBJECTIVE

• The sourcing executive, to source high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization and assist organization in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.
• Sourcing executive will actively analyze and review project costing, sourcing goods, materials, and service at competitive prices, quality then advising upper-level staff members on which supplier to contract with.
  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Involve in the end-to-end sourcing and suppliers contract management process.
• Handle substantial cost savings projects and cost reduction for the organization.
• Solicit, analyze, and compare bids through Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) from existing suppliers and new potential suppliers.
• Strategize and negotiate actively with suppliers for the advantageous terms.
• Ensure contracts are fully addressed and appropriate, in terms of the requirements and commercial terms.
• Evaluate sourcing levers for all projects – supply market leverage, supply base restructuring, valuable relationships, design/specification optimization, total cost management, process efficiency & compliance.
• Perform supplier evaluation & selection process to ensure secured quality supplies and cost-efficient for the organization.
• Entry procurement data which related to procurement process in organization’s ERP system.
• Attend events, fairs, and exhibitions to keep abreast of the market’s trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in any field or technical field is preferred.
• At least 2 years working in sourcing, purchasing, technical knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of written and verbal English and converse well in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong computer application skills in MS Office i.e. Excel and Word.
• Resourceful, possess good negotiation skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude, strong analytical/structural skills.

Test Application Engineer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Develop software, modules and test sequence based on specification and test plan from customer requirement.
• Work closely with customer, project team and supplier to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor, evaluate, analyze and optimize test system to ensure optimal Manufacturing yield.
• Debug/troubleshoot ATE failure and provide corrective action after completion of failure analysis.
• Perform evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
• Responsible for overall projects, planning, design, development, buyoff and continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• LabVIEW, TestStand or C++ language.
• Lab equipment such as oscilloscope, DMM, function generator etc.
• 3-5 years of working experience in related field, fresh graduate is  encouraged to apply.

Warehouse Store Coordinator

• To perform the warehouse activities
• To perform the inventory count, receiving, submit documents to finance and doc-con, handle vendor on-loan, put away, storage, picking, break bulk issuing, return, completion of JO, location transfer, inter-co transfer, adjustment, and system update.
• To prepare and update reports on time and accurately.
• To ensure on time updating.
• Ensure KPI and CIP achieve on time.
• Ensure perform the task appropriately and fulfill the audit requirement.
• Job to be assigned by superior from time to time.
